I like that the subscription makes it really easy when I’m starting to run low. I don’t have to think about it too much, it just shows up when I need it.

I ordered from redrosetea.com the tea itself was totally fine. It tasted like I expected, no weird flavor or anything off about it.
The only thing was the packaging. The outside box showed up dented, and one corner was kind of crushed. A few of the tea boxes inside were bent too, like the whole thing had been tossed around more than... well, you could tell it had a rough trip.
Nothing was missing, so it’s not a huge deal, but I did expect it to show up in better shape. I’d still drink the tea, just wish the packing had been a little sturdier

As someone who picks up tea online often, I thought redrosetea.com was easy to get around. The menus made sense, the pages loaded without any issues, and I didn’t feel lost clicking through. It did take me a minute to track down one specific product, but other than that, the site was smooth and simple to use

I really wanted to like this because I’ve bought similar black teas before, but this one just tastes kind of flat to me. The smell is decent when you first open the bag, but the actual cup comes out weak unless I use two tea bags. I even tried messing with the water level and steep time, but if I let it sit much longer, it turns bitter quickly, especially around the 5-minute mark. It’s not awful, and I’d drink it if it was already in the cabinet, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless it was on a good sale.

returning my order was more of a hassle than i expected. the site says returns are allowed, but i had to email twice before anyone gave me clear instructions, and i still had to pay for the return shipping myself.
the refund took almost 3 weeks after they received the package. i did get my money back eventually, so it wasn’t a complete disaster, but the whole process felt slow and kind of messy.

I’ve been buying Red Rose tea for a while now, and one thing I really appreciate is that every box tastes the same. I don’t get one box that’s super strong and then the next one tasting weak or off. The bags are packed fine, and the tea is pretty much exactly what I expect in the morning. It’s not fancy or anything—though that’s kind of the point. Just a reliable cup of tea, and that’s why I keep coming back.

I tried the decaf one evening when I just wanted something warm without being kept up all night, and I was surprised. It actually has flavor, not that watery taste some decaf teas have. No weird aftertaste either. It reminded me of those quiet nights when you just want to curl up and wind down. I’ll definitely be getting it again

I drink Red Rose tea most mornings, and the caffeine level is good for a daily cup. It gives me a small boost without making me feel jittery, which is what I was hoping for.
That said, I did feel a little misled because I expected the flavor to be richer than it actually is. It’s stronger than herbal tea, of course, but the taste is still a bit lighter than I thought it would be. I’d probably give it 5 stars if it had more depth, but overall it’s still a solid everyday tea

i got the black tea blend i’ve been really enjoying it. it tastes smooth, isn’t too bitter, and has a really nice smell when it’s brewing. i’ve been making it most mornings lately, and i’d definitely buy it again
